Inspiron 15 3000 wifi
Since getting my new laptop, it will connect briefly to my home Virgin WIFI but drops after a few minutes. I have to run a troubleshooter every time. Have tried to contact Dell support on what's app and chat but no-one getting back to me. Appreciate any help here, thanks.

Hello, I see you've opened a thread.
In order for me to review your system configuration, Could you private message the Service Tag / Express Service Code/ Order Number?
Refer the below link to find the Service Tag: http://del.ly/6601y0fK7

Share Exact model number.
Share WIFI card model
Test on another WIFi : Use your phone's hotspot if none other available.
First step would to be wipe out the Driver and reinstall. Save the Drivers on your desktop first and then go to Device manager > Network adapter and Uninstall the WIFI card. Reboot and than install the driver from saved file

Have you tested your machine on another WIFI as I had recommend ??
Card is Realtek RTL8821CE
I see this card very rarely used in Dell or other machines, can't comment how good it is.
1. Download this first
https://dl.dell.com/FOLDER07127301M/2/Realtek-RTL8821CE-and-RTL8822CE-Wi-Fi-and-Bluetooth_1372W_WIN_2024.0.10.128_A01_01.EXE
2. Now open Device manager > Right click on Realltek 882 and choose uninstall (Remove Device driver checked)
3. Reboot
4. run the downloaded driver
