Dell Mouse is not working while it's only 3 month old

Dear Sir/ Mam,

I am the 3rd generation of Dell user in my family but this time I am very disappointed as I have re-buy a dell keyboard and mouse but after 2 month mouse isn't working due to this my child is facing issues in taken his online classes his illness I have requested to every service partner but nobody is ready to help while product is under warrenty.
