Dell inspirion 15 hinge broken

This is a very common problem now and dell needs to think on this very seriously.

I have now faced this problem twice. I have a broken hinge now and the motherboard is also dead.
Supports is asking me for a paid repair.
When this happend for the first time I had raised the same concern with the customer service. If the hinge is broken the only solution dell gives is a paid repair and every now and then we cannot keep replacing the hinge.

This is a humble request to the dell support to look into this matter.
There are numerous posts on the dell community reporting same issue which are unsolved and ignored.
