Can I fully remove this program in installed apps in windows 11

HI have a program that installed from dell.  The program is called:

Dell client system inventory agent (for dell business systems.  I was just wanting to now this simply because I do not use a dell business computer.   I use a personal laptop.

I would like to now when I go into Installed apps in windows 11 home I find this app installed.  So I clicked on the three dots and pushed uninstall.  What I want to now is if I uninstall this app from installed apps will the app be completely removed from my laptop.
