can't download my dell app

can't download my dell app it's not showing install 

never buy dell laptops my previous dell laptop worked for 10 years and i purchased this laptop that it will work atleast 5 years but the hinges broke within 1month touchpad stopped working  within 3-4 months and now i could see pixel not working properly
