Audio Driver(s); Installed or not?

Using Device Manager to "Update" any of these drivers results in the message that the best are already installed. ???
I thought there was a AMD Radeon video driver listed there, which, btw, was the only relevant driver update I could find on Dell site.

What do I do now?
Any help, please?

What is your specific Inspiron model?  Always include the model number on any initial problem post (for example I have an Inspiron 5577).

Some come with just the Intel CPU video/HDMI audio and some also have added video either NVIDIA or AMD.

Your screen capture doesn't show Display Adapters which would show what you have.

Realtek is for regular PC audio.  Video sound drivers are for HDMI audio.

Hi redberd,

It's an Inspiron 17 5767. That info was originally included, but somehow disappeared.

"Realtek is for regular PC audio.  Video sound drivers are for HDMI audio." Well.. As it happens, there hasn't been any "regular" sound coming from the laptop for quite some time. I could live with that, but the main problem for me is now the HDMI audio has stopped working as well.

I thought I saw a AMD/Radeon driver listed among Sound, video and game controllers too, but that could be my memory playing tricks.

Any help much apprecieted.
