Inspiron One 2020, as extra monitor?

I am trying to connect my Dell Inspiron All-in-One as a second screen to my new HP Omen computer and monitor. However, when I attempt to connect either device with the "detect other display"(Omen) or "detect multiple displays"(Inspiron) buttons, the button either doesn't work(Inspiron) or I receive the message "We didn't find another display"(Omen).

Here are all the specs:

INSPIRON: 17.5 in, All-In-One, touch support, possibly 2350 model

Product ID: 00326-10000-00000-AA933

Processor: Intel(R) Core i3-3240T @ 2.90 GHz

OS: Originally Windows 8, now Windows 10 Home v.22H2 build 19045.3324

64 bit system type. Have service tag, code, and device ID. I cannot identify or remember the device's year make when I bought it.

OMEN: 2023 HP 25L Gaming Desktop GT15-Oxxx

Product ID: 00355-61101-79756-AAOEM

Processor: 12th Gen Intel(R) Core i7-12700 @2.10 GHz

64 bit system type. Have service tag, code, and device ID.

OMEN Monitor: 32c 31.5 inch QHD 165Hz

The Inspiron only has USB ports, and the Omen only has HDMI ports. I have tried connecting the Omen monitor to the Inspiron with a HDMI to USB cable, to no avail. Any help is appreciated.

Only selected of All-In-One models can support function of a display monitor for other devices.  It usually requires an HDMI input port and selectable input from OSD button.

If your Inspiron does not have those features, it can not be used as a monitor for the Omen.

Thanks for your answer. Unfortunately, my Inspiron does not have an HDMI input port or OSD button. <MAA if no other answers>

I know it wasn't an answer you like to hear but without the requirement HDMI and input selection option, the Inspiron is a no go.  Look on the bright side, the situation is forcing you to acquire another matching 32" QHD to pair up your dual monitors setup, and that should complement your gaming rig way better!

All, turns out Geirnfor783 had the Inspiron One 2020 that does not have the HDMI in or out ports. I will edit the Post title to correct.
