Inspiron 3670, PSU and GPU Upgrade

Hello, I've been looking to upgrade my GPU to an RTX 2060. The stock PSU is only 290w though, and the 2060 needs at least 500w of power to work, so I'm going to need to upgrade that too. Will the 2060 even fit in the case, and if it does what PSU should I upgrade to? Are there any other parts that are needed? I'm fairly new to PC stuff like this, and I don't want to mess anything up.

power supply must be removed and PSU must sit OUTSIDE the case. They call it a tower but its actually VERY small. This means full size cards DO NOT FIT in the case if they are longer than 8.5 inches. EVGA RTX 3060XC 12G-P5-3657-KR fits.

user benchmark verified 2060 can run in 3670.  Dell Inspiron 3670 Performance Results - UserBenchmark

you need to upgrade to psu of 400w or more to support 2060 based on basic online psu calculator, assuming i7-9700 etc.  use 24 to 8 pin adapter for the 400+w ATX psu.

can confirm. successfully upgraded inspiron 3670 psu from 290w to evga 650w g3 (fits like a glove), and measured 10.5inches for a GPU (with some creative cable management). thanks OP et al.
