Desktop monitor No HDMI signal from your device after working fine for months

I added a 2nd Dell monitor last year after starting to work from home.  It has worked fine for months.   This morning I'm getting the NO HDMI SIGNAL FROM YOUR DEVICE message.  I've tried a brand new HDMI cable with no change.  I haven't made any changes to the desktop resolution or the monitors in the past few days.  Rebooting does nothing.  It's connected to a Lenova desktop.  I ran dxdiag to check graphics per one suggestion but am not sure what to do with this data.

I just fixed a desktop (a custom built) that lost HDMI.  The desktop HDMI is connected to an HD TV.  Clearing the CMOS memory in the PC fixed the HDMI problem.  Most PC's have a CR2032 coin cell battery for the CMOS memory. With the unit powered off and AC power disconnected to the power supply open the case and locate the battery on the motherboard.  Remove the battery for 10 minutes  Reinstall the battery, reconnect AC power cable and try.
