Latitude 5400 and 5410 Driver pack issue?

Question

Has anyone had any problems applying a Windows 11 image to these model devices? When trying to image using Version 11 of ImageAssist I've not been able to get it to detect the latest driver packs for these devices.

The latest driver packs are listed as Windows 10 driver packs so I can only assume this is why it doesn't pick them up.

The only way round it i have found is to use an older version of ImageAssist whereby you can force the the driver pack installation.

Has anyone seen this before or does anyone have any advice?

@Derek.Anstee - The toolset is designed to use packs respective the the model and OS being deployed to.

Thanks for the clarification, Derek. I'm checking with the driver pack dev folks. Have you tried deploying it without using a pack? Many times if the model isn't brand new - it will work with the Windows base inbox drivers, then update the rest using either Dell Command Update / Windows Update or Dell SupportAssist.

Yeah, we can deploy it without drivers but it then means an additional manual task to update the drivers via Dell Support assist rather than it being fully automated.
We can work around it be using an old version of ImageAssist where you can force a specific driver pack to be installed but that feature isnt available in version 11.

That link to the E5400 not the Latitude 5400? Are these not different models? According to the list on the link below it is supported?

Can you explain how i would deploy a Windows 11 image to a 5400 laptop when the latest driver pack available is for Windows 10 in that case?
