Computer becomes unbootable after using Image Assist Restore

After seeing your other post > Latitude 3520 driver pack not recognizable in Image assist - Dell Community I'm going to hang tight to see if the driver pack (or lack thereof) might be the issue.

You probably need to change the computer's BIOS storage setting from RAID to AHCI. I ran into the sam problem on some newer systems I was imaging.

thanks so much ,it is so weird ,why the default mode of the HDD is RAID
