Check your driver package (Win10 20H2)
When restoring the image, the driver package is not recognized. It's an Optiplex 3080. I tried the following packages and downloaded them several times. (win10_optiplexd11_a04.zip - Dell Family Pack Downloader) (win10_optiplexd11_a02.zip - Webpage shorturl.at/ilxO0)

I think I found the reason
Is the (TargetOSVersion) not yet up to date in the packages?
With the cab file from here it worked:

targetosversion in the csv file are the compatibility of the individual driver and it doesn’t affect the DIAX tool behavior. The only thing in the family pack driver that affect the tool is the supportsystem.txt which it carries the supported system ID for each family pack. Family pack will not control the Win10 version in the tool.
There were some family pack issues during promotion earlier this week. Those have been corrected. If you're able to redownload & test again - that would be appreciated.
