TF Clone support for HFS
Hi,
In a ‘TimeFinder/Clone Mainframe SNAP Facility’ documentation there is information about limitation of using clone data sets. For some reason HFS datasets are not supported.
Question:
1. Why? As I remember IBM FlashCopy (in fact ADRDSSU with FC parameters) support this datasets organization.
2. Are there any plans to support clone HFS ?

Hello Marcin,
I was unable to find any explanation 'why' HFS is not supported. The limitation goes back to at least the early 2000's though. I'm also not seeing any intent to lift the restriction.
