Incorrect SID

Hi All,

I just performed a Solutions Enabler, Resource Pack upgrade on a Win 2k SP4 box. I am now having an issue where I cannot dismount drives using the symntctl umount -drive .
It gives me the error: ERROR: The storage devices may not be connected or operational.NOTE: To work offline, set the environment variable SYMCLI_OFFLINE to 1.
When I check the symapi.log, it shows: EMC:SYMNTCTL iFindandOpenGate Failed to open pooled Gatekeeper for SID (000184502765): The specified array id is not known

My issue is that the drive I am trying to dismount is on SID 1234 as an example, not the one specified in the error, so the error is correct. Where is this SID information being pulled from and can I change it?
