Maggie it looks like you found the message in the event viewer (M$ stuff).

The other message you pasted (file xxx changed during processing. file skipped) looks like a warning message from your backup software that begun to backup the file and later, when the backup ended, noticed that the size/date of the file changed during the backup.

I can't say if they are related. IMHO they are two different messages with different causes .. you are backing up your fileserver (usplcssms001) and a file changed (and it's due to a client modifying the data), that's it .. The original message is simply telling you that a server is under heavy CPU usage .. And jumped over the configured watermarks. This looks like the reason that raised the message.

Are you using Networker for your backups ??

not sure from where? but not in SYMAPI sure.

when i check the event viewr of the host one error logged in

ANS4037E File '\\usplcssms001\e$\ECC\ecc_inf\data\USPLCSSMS001.amer.corp.eds.com\data\server.trc' changed during processing. File skipped.

does this related to before error?
i hope no..and i feeel the above error to do something with load of the server?

Could you please describe the source of the message ?? Did you receive the message in ECC ?? Or did you find the message in the symapi log ??

Usually googling a little gives help .. But this specific message seems a little too specifig (no results found for "alarming w2kCpuInst Critical CPU") ...

Please help us in helping you better :D

maggie,

The ANS4037E error is from your TSM backup-archive client. You can ignore that one.
