DELL Precision T5300 Workstation Lagging and Power Button Issues

I've been using a DELL Precision T5300 workstation with an Intel Xeon processor and 16GB of RAM for about five months now. Recently, I've encountered two concerning issues:

Performance Lag: The workstation has become noticeably sluggish and unresponsive, often taking extended periods to load applications and complete tasks.

Power Button Malfunction: After shutting down the workstation, the power button becomes unresponsive for approximately one minute. Repeatedly pressing the button during this period doesn't have any effect. Occasionally, the workstation fails to power on at all, even after waiting for an extended period.

I also watch this video and should i need to do the same: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3t6uGsvSJOQ&pp=ygUkZGVsbCBjcHUgbm90IHBvd2VyaW5nIG9uIHdpdGggYnV0dG9u

I've tried restarting the workstation, updating drivers, and checking for malware or viruses, but the issues persist. I'm concerned about potential hardware problems and would appreciate any insights or troubleshooting steps from the community.
