As I mentioned previously, I found some documents that appear to be along the lines of what you're looking for, but they're confidential; meaning only EMC employees can view them.

Kind of "markety" but:

http://powerlink.emc.com/km/live1/en_US/Offering_Basics/Offering_Collateral/h1510-mf-15min-guide.pdf

I found 2 links that were expired here - http://powerlink.emc.com/km/appmanager/km/secureDesktop?_nfpb=true&_pageLabel=image7b&internalId=0b01406680286371&_irrt=true&rnavid=search

(that link might not work for non employees...) but navigated to by going from powerlink home -

Home > Solutions > Mainframe Solutions > Software > Storage Management

I found a bunch of other links that are more product specific.

http://www.emc.com/products/detail/software/z-os-storage-manager.htm

&

https://support.emc.com/products/zOSStorageManager

For that matter, check the products respectively listed on

https://support.emc.com/products/MainframeSoftware

Hope this helps

They're present on P-link, but they're confidential.  I am not familiar with -why- they are confidential, but they are.  My suggestion would be to raise the question to your EMC account rep. That said, the confidential designation is very significant and well respected within EMC and for good reason.  It may be better to more specifically ask for data or information.

Hope this helps.

David,

I am not able to find any  connectivity guide for mainframes in powerlink. As you said it may be confidential...

I was looking for document on mainframe how storage is added or removed ie, basic storage administration on Mainframes with basics of mainframes

Do we have such document in powerlink.
