AIX server mapped to DMX 2000 through two FA ports can not see devices
AIX server is mapped to DMX 2000 through two FA ports. Verified that the AIX server is logged in and devices have been assigned. AIX can see devices from one path however cannot see the devices from another FA path?
Please suggest.

Make sure you have the proper ODM drivers installed and powerpath. Run a cfgmgr to rescan the bus for the devices. I have also seen it where the ODM database becomes corrupted and needs to be cleaned up to see multiple paths.

Do both wwns show up as logged in at the FAs they should be logged in at ?
If you see two logged ins, the problem lies withing the DMX (probably masking)
