Why has the presentation frozen
I was watching the CD pertaining to Information Storage and Management and the module Data Protection: RAID. I stopped the presentation because there was a statement made that I wanted to hear over again. When I tried going back, the presentation never restarted. Does anyone have any suggestion on how to restart a presentation?

If you're having difficulty with a VILT, the best thing to do is send an email to education@emc.com. You should include a description of your problem, and any screenshots you have.
