Meet the Instructor – Guru Shankaranarayan

Hello and welcome to the Dell Learning Community! I'm thrilled to introduce Guru, our esteemed Delivery Global Lead Instructor for Data Protection Services. With over 17 years of dedicated service within the EMC and Dell family, Guru brings a wealth of experience and expertise to the table.

Throughout his tenure, Guru has had the privilege of engaging with a diverse array of stakeholders, including customers, partners, and colleagues worldwide. His extensive knowledge spans across a spectrum of Data Protection technologies, encompassing Avamar, Data Domain, NetWorker, Data Protection Advisor, Power Protect Data Manager and PowerProtect Cyber Recovery & CyberSense.

Based in the vibrant city of Phoenix, Arizona, Guru operates from his home office, diligently serving our community of learners. Beyond his professional endeavors, Guru is a multifaceted individual with a Blackbelt degree in Mixed Martial Arts, a passion for Indian Classical music, literature, and nurturing his home garden.
