Aurora 15, upset customer

Hello to someone at Dell that will hopefully help me.

I have an Alienware Aurora 15 that 5 months ago died. The power supply failed. It was fixed after a couple of days.  Then the gpu started failing. I sent it back to the factory and took a week longer than it was supposed to. A week after it's return the new gpu started failing. I again contacted Dell and was told Friday I would have a resolution today 6/26. Calling support today and being on the phone over an hour, now they need another 48 hours to resolve because supposedly the last tech didn't inform me they needed to monitor my system (sounds like an excuse). Now almost 7 months into my warranty, my pc still isn't working and I can't seem to get someone on the phone who will fix my problem. Help!
