SANHQ v3.4.1 is now available

Hello,

SAN HQ 3.4.1 addresses an expired certificate issue where SAN HQ stopped uploading SupportAssist diagnostic packages to SupportAssist. Version 3.4.1 contains new certificates to resolve this issue.

It is important that all PS Series customers update SAN_HQ to version 3.4.1.

SAN HQ enables customers to monitor multiple PS Series groups from a single graphical user interface. It gathers and formats performance data and other vital group information for easy viewing.

Within Dell’s SAN Headquarters software is SupportAssist, which is a feature that will generate a Support Request automatically* in case of a critical hardware event.  At the same time, it will generate a set of diagnostic log files and send them together with the critical event to Dell. Our support team will contact you within an hour after SAN Headquarters sent the event. Outside of normal business hours initial contact could be delayed.

* Customers with ProSupport or ProSupport Plus can benefit from the automated issue detection, notification, and case creation offered by SupportAssist.

Regards,

Don

I'm attempting to download the software... I've logged in but when I use the down load link... the page fails to load.

Here is the links I'm using.

https://eqlsupport.dell.com/support/download.aspx?id=8495

https://downloads.dell.com/equallogic/36/14/SANHQSetup32And64.exe etc...

here is the page error

The page cannot be displayed because an internal server error has occurred.

What do you advise?

Jay
