Windows server 2012 - license transfer

Hello,

We have a Dell server (PE R420) purchased together with a license for Windows Server 2012 Standard.

The server has technical problems and is no longer usable (support has expired).

Is it possible to transfer Windows Server license from this server and activate WS2012 legally on another machine?

R420 sever was ordered directly from Dell (with the system pre-installed). The items on the order are:
- 618-10758: Windows Server 2012, Standard Edition, factory installed, no media, 2 slots, 2 virtual machines
- 617-10378: Windows Server 2012, Standard Edition - Media Kit
