Where is the support for Dell KVM model MPU4032????

Not sure which forum to post this under, so I am trying enterprise support.

We have owned this KVM for about 2 years and the unit did not come with a Dell "service tag" like all the other dell equipment we have purchased over the year.  Dell basically took a KVM from Vertiv and had it private labeled for Dell.

Either way I am unable to find updates and/or call for support since the phone and support asks for service tag or express service tag.  VERY FRUSTRATING......

The serial # on the unit appears to be from Vertiv since is 10 digit long.

Dell sales rep is no use as I have tried that route......

Why isn't a DELL KVM model # MPU4032 listed anywhere on dell's website???

Any insight would be greatly appreciated.
