My issue was not solved yet as per discussion you told my if the issue was resolved will exchange the product or extended your warranty for two months.
But , your all promises was fake I was already told you i am going to another state by 10 june today's your staff was come at my place for repairing and i taken the leave, He replaced the product and raised some new issue my window was curped now, he say you can easily update for any dell store free of cost
I called your pitampura store they cleary told me i can't repair your product and kindly update your windows by online channel because you buy online.
I was personally visit your kamla nagar service center they told me it's chargeable approx 1100 rs.
Why i am pay for this it's a warrantht product I am already pay my patience, effort, trust you and your executive told me its free of cost it's not my mistake if the window was curpted when your staff repait the touch pad,
I was already dicusses with you, on this case and you told me if the issue was not solved will replace the new product,,
trust me i was already tried many calls of you today approx 15-20 times but i can't find the results your customers service, your technical team, your software team
Now i am so irritated now tellme what you want for me I am requesting you kindly back my money how you can mail me ams send the bill the issue was solve???
It's a joke for you not me the whole day i was spend with you for resolving the issue.........
