USB C over Display Port

Hi 

I have Dell Latitude 5240 laptop and Dell P2422H monitor. 

Latitude 5240 has Thunderbolt Type c port

Dell Monitor P2422H has display port, hdmi , usb hub and superspeed usb ports. 

I want to connect thunderbolt type c from laptop tp display port on monitor to have charging of laptop, audio , video and superspeed usb ports enabled with one cable.. please suggest how to achieve this . 

Usually type c to type c cables suport these but there is no type c connector on monitor. Anyway we can get this done . Please suggest.
