Unable to manage MD3420

Hello: we have lost MDSM connection to our MD3420. It was working ok, but we stopped it for maintenance, removed all disks  for replacing and now we're not able to connect through MDSM. The automatic discovery doesn't find any device and if we enter it manually the software discover a degraded array. When we try to open it shows the recovery guru talking about recovering the configuration database or clear the recovery mode. We don't have any copy of the configuration and  anyway we wan't to do that, but clearing the recovery mode is impossible because we don't hace the option in the MDSM interface. When we try to manage the array it show only the page with the recovery guru, and there is no option to clear the maintenenace mode. How can we get back our array again? Thanks.
