Unable to complete the self heal operational the memory

We have a Dell PowerEdge R740XD and within our Idrac I am seeing one or two error's the self heal operation successfully completed at DIMM DIMM_B1. Then the next entry, unable to complete the self heal operational the memory in the DIMM installed in DIMM_A1 because of internal issue.  Replace the DIMM during the next scheduled service operation.    Should we be concerned about this?  I also have the support assist, and life cycle logs.  And this system is still under warranty.
