Process for transferring points
What is the process for transferring your account (and points) when you change employment from one partner to another?
Do you have your new employer create an account first? I know in past posts you directed people to this url, but I don't think it exists anymore.

And do you need to request that your previous employer keep the account open (before the transfer) so it doesn't get deleted?

once you've made the transition and registered with your new Powerlink user, let us know by sending an email to forums-support@emc.com. We can then make the switch, and associate your new Powerlink ID to the previously existing Forum ID.

Is there somewhere I should escalate my request to transfer my Id? I've sent a couple of emails to forums-support@emc.com, but it seems like a black hole.
