Previous driver pack change history?
https://www.dell.com/support/article/us/en/04/how16968/optiplex-7070-windows10-driver-pack?lang=en
How do I find out the change history for PREVIOUS driver pack/cab updates? For example, the above model shows driver pack A02 as the latest, and with change history from A01. However, I want to find out what changed from A00 to A01 too. This is a general question for any model and any driver pack version--not really specific to this one.
thanks!

At the time of this reply July 2021. You can find this info on Dell's Support website. Use a machine's serial # / service tag to pull up the device's info. Then go to Driver's & Downloads, manually find driver's, then select the "Systems Management" category. From there look for the driver option that states "Driver Pack". After that click on "View Full Driver Details". On that details page, scroll down under the "Available Formats" section, and look for the file that says "External Release Notes" and select download. This will state each driver and it's version information.
Now to compare this with a previous driver pack version, go back to the root page that has all of the driver's listed. Under the "Driver Pack", select "Older versions" and select the driver pack version and follow the same method to inspect the "External Release Notes" for the older driver pack version.
Hope this helps for anyone needing to look for this info in the future.
