Periodically loss of SDT data
Hi to all,
We are facing a significant problem in SDT values in workflows:
After a user finishing a task, sometimes (to be honest very rare) some of the data that the user inserted in the task are not stored in the SDT.
This happens once or twice a year after the deployment of new processes (and a restart).
This incident occurs for workflows that are already running in deployment date and since we are versioning the processes, it means that happens for workflows of previous version(s).
All new workflows after the deployment seem to work perfect.
Moreover, we have also implemented a 'double check' mechanism in task forms:
A post submission processor that saves values of the xml file to the proper SDT.
This mechanism did not seem to have helped solve this exceptional issue.
I would appreciate if someone can share similar incidents or propose solutions.
