Not getting the Pro business support as informed.

Dell team,

Greetings of the day, I am Ashish Gupta, (Sr.Tech.Spec.) in McDermott, Qatar, Doha. Unfortunately, I have to raise my concern in this way. Somehow, I am getting the tremendous dispatch delay of part replacement from the DELL (Qatar) side as my company is having the Pro Business support. I can understand & justify the some delay because of this pandemic situation but not more than 2 weeks. I have couple of battery replacement issues (total cases are 6) which are affecting my end users. Some of the cases is going to finish the one month.
