No Chat support for CX4 ?

I tried to use the chat feature to request support on CX4-120. When i joined the Clariion chat the guy told me they don't provide chat support on CX4 series. Really ?

Dynamox,

I have confirmed that you should have received support for CX4 products on Chat. This has been brought back to the CLARiiON support team for resolution. I apologize for the inconvenience and experience you had.

btw ..session id for that incident was 19109. I still have EMC Chat Transcript if you need it.
