DiskXtender 5.60.049 - Unexpected internal error

He experience a problem with a full extended disk drive earlier this week. to correct the problem we install patch level 18 to diskxtender and started a process of removing media, running a drive scan, and then doing a file restore. We have done approximately 50% of our applicaitons. we are trying to get to the weekend to do the rest. Today we started having a problem with images not coming up. Clients are presented with a gray screen and no error messages. We attempted to stop and restart the diskxtender service and know we are getting the following error:

ERR 11/09 09:39:27 (7752) [Dm_FilterGarbageThread.cpp, 103] Unexpected internal error, please
contact technical support (2).
