Dell Support is worse than I could have imagined...

Dell Support is worse than I could have imagined. I have been working with, and purchasing Dell products for between 15-20 years. I have been a Premier Partner in the past and currently a SMB customer for dozens of clients. Our Dell account was deleted by Dell Privacy and am still fighting with "off-shore" Dell Support to fix the issues. My support ticket is over 6 weeks old at this time. The assigned support rep just emails every 2-5 days telling us to to wait 1-2 days. I have about given up on Dell completely. Reaching out here because we don't know what to do at this point.

I have seen people publicly shame companies into helping (or doing their job) on places like Twitter/FB/Etc. I am reaching out here 1st. I would also like hear from other people that may have similar stories and we may decide to fire Dell completely.

Please let me know. My patience is running out.
