Dell laptop connect do dual dell monitors

Hello, I have a problem with connection dell laptop to the dell dual monitors. I have a dell Vostro 5490 laptop, DELL P2421D LED monitor and, Dell P2720D 27 monitor. I want to connect them to my laptop. I have 1 hdmi cable and 2 display ports cables. I tried but I didn't get it. Is this problem with dell laptop, cabels or should I buy extra adapter? It would be great if you could suggest a solution. Thanks !
