Dell Inspiron 660 HDMI no HDMI signal running Windows 10

Hello. 
move been having an issue running two monitors on my Dell Inspiron 660. My monitors work fine with vga cord howevera the 660 only have one vga cord so that’s hooked to one monitor and one to HDMI. I’ve tried updating the drivers. Intel (r) HD graphics card is installed. I’m not sure what’s the issue. I’ve hooked the 660 to my tv before without a issue. I’ve tried booking it to another tv and no luck. Ive hooked the monitor to my iPad using HDMI and it works. Any help is appreciated
