DELL INSPIRON 5570 Laptop battery & Hard disk problem in just 3 years

We bought a DELL INSPIRON 5570 Laptop just 3 years back.
It is a second machine I have bought I Dell, one in 2010 and one in 2017 (this one)

Now there is a problem in Harddisk and Battery....

What is the reliability of Dell machines if the hard disk fries like this in 3 years.
How can we refer to this model to others or we ourselves can buy again without any doubt..
The credibility of the brand is in question..

There are no instances of using the machine with power fluctuations or such environment..

Very less space has been utilised till now.
If the machine can't stand this mild load, how can I use it for further requirements...?
When it was bought it was told the model has a unit to support animation specially. Till now I haven't used any animation software..
Can we believe in the machine if it can hold further software like animation software..

Please give a justified reply for the above grievance and complaint.
