Dell G5 not connecting to anything

I bought a dell g5 a few months ago and recently bought a 32gb ram stick for it and I asked dell support for help and they told me to put in the stick then perform the hard reset and after hard resetting my pc would not connect to the mouse,keyboard or the monitor
