Dell Command | Monitor - Latitude 5400

Hello,

We recently rolled out Dell Command | Monitor to our internal test group. We have discovered however that the software causes complete system lockups on 5400s (some other models too) running older BIOS firmware versions. I have no seen anywhere on the Dell support site or documentation that gives any clues as to what the minimum BIOS version is supported by this software. 

Once more I'm pretty sure the only thing I have come across about compatibility is "Latitude". Can anyone get me some clarification on this?
