Charging stuck at 1% plugged in, can't even update BIOS

AC adapter type says - 65 W

Charging stuck at 1% (plugged-in). When I gone through the similar issues, I tried to update BIOS but it requires min 10% battery. 

Kindly suggest the measure to get out of the issue.
