Internal Backup LTO4 backup unit PowerEdge T610

I have a server out of warranty, PowerEdge T610, where it was replaced by Dell out of warranty this internal backup unit and now has the same problem that don't eject the tape and at this moment there is a tape stuck inside the backup unit.

Please let me know which information I have to provide you so you can proceed with the warranty of this non warranty part that was replaced by this same dell support channel.

regarding information requested it is the following:

-    Service Tag: XXX

-    Phone number: +351 XXXXX

-    Country Server located: Spain

-    Name of the company: VXXXX

I think you will find out in your files that was a request from my colleague Marc Gomez almost 3 moths ago, and in that time the backup robot was replaced, by this reason I want that the backup robot can be also fixed under the 3 months warranty that Dell has given to the latest intervention onsite.

please let me know if you need anymore details about this.
