Hi @Lino_Vilar,

If you open up "This PC" under devices and drives you should see all your computers Hard Drives \ Partitions listed.  Right click "OS (C:)" and you should see BitLocker options in that right click menu.  If BitLocker is engaged you can choose to turn it off which will begin the decryption process.  You can also choose to suspend BitLocker and apply the BIOS update as BitLocker is suspended.  Once the BIOS update is successful and the OS boots again BitLocker will be re-enabled.

If the only option you get when you right click "OS (C:)" is to Turn On Bitlocker then it sounds like there might be a bug in the Dell Update applications logic.  You should be able to go to Dell.com/support, put in your service tag, and download the BIOS for your machine manually.  Another option is to download the Dell Support Assist app from the Windows Store and use that to manage all your drivers and BIOS updates.
