PXE Boot over UEFI not supported on any Dell OptiPlex?

I was learning how to use Microsoft WDS to PXE boot a computer over UEFI instead of BIOS.  I got a working system using a Dell PowerEdge r710 and a retail Intel Server Adapter i350-T2.

I then tried to see if I can get any one of our various Dell OptiPlex's to PXE boot over UEFI too but they don't seem to allow their NIC to be visible, just visible in legacy BIOS.  We have OptiPlex 745, 755, 760, 790 and 990's.  The Intel NIC's in the 790 and 990 should definitely be able to allow PXE via UEFI with a firmware update with UEFI+PXE flag set.

Are there plans to enable PXE in UEFI in any of the newish Dell OptiPlex PC's at least?

Wanted to edit my own post but I guess I can't.  745's and 755's don't have UEFI "BIOS'" in them.

Any other update on this? I'm interested in the 990.

All of those old systems are End of Life End of Support and will not get any further Bios updates or hardware updates. A20 was released to Update Intel ME Firmware to address security advisory CVE-2017-5689 / INTEL-SA-00075

Please ensure that BIOS version A20 or newer is installed on the Optiplex 790 or 990 prior to the install.  Some versions require newer before you get to A20.  You cannot jump from A00 or A01 to A20 in one step for example.

Microsoft does not offer support for 32-bit Operating Systems (OS) in UEFI mode. Only 64-bit versions of Windows Vista Service Pack 1 (SP1) and later are supported client OSes.

Windows requires the OS partition to reside on a GUID Partition Table (GPT) partitioned disk. Master Boot Record (MBR) partitioned disks can be used as data disks. As defined in the UEFI 2.0 specification, a UEFI platform requires a dedicated system partition. Windows requires this dedicated system partition, which is referred to as the EFI System Partition (ESP).

You must have EFI supported media (DVD, USB memory key) present in order for the option to be displayed in the boot menu. If there is no EFI supported media in the drive during Power On Self-Test (POST), the UEFI option will not be displayed on the F12 boot menu.
