How do I enter the BIOS on an Inspiron Desktop 3847
I just got a new Inspiron Desktop 3847 the other day and have been trying to figure out how to get into the BIOS on it (without calling support). The user documentation is scant these days (beyond replacing hardware) and I haven't been able to figure out what to do. I've tried the usual steps, aka, hitting [Esc], [F2[, and [Delete[ on start up, and none of those works.
Does anyone know how to get into the BIOS on this machine?

Plug a usb keyboard and mouse into the 2 front ports.
Open the cover after removing 2 screws and disconnect the data cable for the hard drive.
This will get the machines attention. It will then turn on with failed hard drive and allow F2.
The keyboard and mouse should be plugged in BEFORE plugging in power and turning on.
Once in bios you can change secure boot to disabled, you can change boot from UEFI to Legacy.
F12 and other keys will work as you expect after saving and restarting.
The Bios also has ATA mode instead of AHCI.

On my Dell Inspiron 3847 desktop, I am able to access BIOS by holding down the F2 key while turning on the power.
