dell logo screen
my on/off switch stays on all the time,can only reset from reset button.
when pc boots it then only gets as far as dell logo screen.
using key fails to get to system diags screen.
dell support didn't help......anyone!!!!!!!!!!!

You need to post some information about your system if you expect anyone to be able to help you. Things like the system model, operating system you're running, when the problem started, color of the four diagnostic LED lights on the back of the tower, etc.

the on/of switch stays permanently on.When pc boots only gets as far as the logo screen.Trying to access setup with the key does not work.
the first 3 green lights at the rear are on and the 4th is yellow.
if you use the reset key,the pc does restart but stops at logo screen.
