Com Port??

carlh,

Comm ports are connected through a serial port on the back of your computer. Your model has only one serial port. If you have an external modem, it is likely connected to that serial port and there will not be another one available to use.

Hi,

Compare the plug on your diabetes monitor to the connections on the back of the system. Do any of them match?
If not could you discribe what the connector looks like?

The reason I ask is that a Comm port is an internal address and not an input connector.
