Chipset HeatSink the real culprit behind dell series

I countered problems with Dell Gx 270 for the past 2 months and things turned up real complicated when the system dint boot. Reseating processor, replacing Cmos battery and PSU never appeared better options. Even though the sound card namely Analog devices as Soundmax integrated Audio worsened. More often devices driver disappeared. So i bought an Adhesive tape from a medical store ( pharmacy) that is based on Zinc Oxide . It was about $1. I cut the tape and stuck 4 to 5 chunks on the Chipset Heat Sink. I spilled Thermal paste. Without any further hassle i booted my system on first go. So if there is any kind of problem with dell boot up or any hardware problem i think considering chipset heat sink would be the best option. Heat isint properly dissipate in Dell series
