the backup application is Dell NetWorker, i will proceed to expire some savesets then wait the clean process to be done and hope i can reclaim space and the alert disappear.

the space was reclaimed after waiting these 3 automatic processes to finnish in the order

1. archive data-movement
2. filesys cleaning    
3. archive space-reclamation
