Backing up Windows Server 2008R2 servers on Avamar and Data Domain

Hello,

We have an Avamar Virtual Edition Server (v19.8.0-83) that we are using to generate our server backups, and then store them to a physical Data Domain system (DD6300).   We need to upgrade our Data Domain DDOS off of v7.2.0.90 this month as it is coming up on EOSL.  However we still have a few Windows Server 2008R2 clients running on Windows client software version 19.1.   Does anyone know if these Avamar client backups will run successfully on a higher version of Data Domain DDOS?  Does anyone have this experience?

I realize that 2008R2 servers are no longer supported, and we are trying to upgrade them as fast as possible.  But we will not be able to upgrade them before the EOSL date of May 31 2023 for DDOS v7.2.
